• Eligibility for Returns
  Due to the bespoke nature of all orders, returns are not possible. Each CryptoCard, Clothing item, and Collectible is uniquely crafted to your specifications, making them non-returnable unless defective.
• Initiating a Return
  Returns are not accepted; however, if you receive a defective item, please proceed as outlined below.
• Refund Process
  Refunds are not applicable for standard orders. For defective items, upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will process a refund or replacement within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be converted to the equivalent value in BTC or your chosen cryptocurrency at the time of refund, subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
• Non-Refundable Items
  All items are non-refundable except in cases of defects due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product.
• Exchanges
  Exchanges are not available due to the custom-made nature of our products. For defective items, we offer replacements subject to availability.
• Defective Products
