What is Bitcoin and how does its blockchain work?
Bitcoin is the first decentralized, open-source, peer-to-peer payment network powered by cryptography. It allows users to send digital money without banks or intermediaries. All transactions are recorded on a public ledger called the blockchain, maintained by a global network of computers through a process called mining, which uses a proof-of-work system. The blockchain is distributed globally using peer-to-peer file-sharing technology. No central authority controls Bitcoin. It is powered entirely by its users. This decentralization makes Bitcoin secure and censorship-resistant. It is open-source, and anyone can participate.

What problem do CryptoCards solve?
Ease of access: Many people hesitate to enter the crypto space because it feels too complex or intangible. CryptoCards make it simple and physical, perfect for gifting, learning, or onboarding friends and family into crypto. Maximum security: CryptoCards offer cold storage, the safest way to store cryptocurrency. By keeping private keys completely offline, they eliminate risks from hacks, malware, and exchange breaches.

How do CryptoCards work?
Each card comes with a public address printed on the front (in text and QR code form) and a private key hidden under a scratch-off panel (also in text and QR code form). The public address is used to receive cryptocurrency. The private key is used to send or transfer your funds.

Why is it so secure?
CryptoCards use cold storage, which means your private keys are never stored on an internet-connected device. They are created completely offline and are never exposed to the web. This makes them immune to online threats.

How can I check my card balance?
You can use any blockchain explorer to check your balance. For example: https://www.blockchain.com/explorer. Just enter your public address to see incoming and outgoing transactions.

How do I add funds to a CryptoCard?
Send cryptocurrency to the public address printed on your card. Within a few minutes, the transaction will be confirmed on the blockchain. This is usually faster and cheaper than a traditional bank transfer.

How do I withdraw funds or send crypto?
The easiest way is to import or “sweep” the private key into your preferred crypto wallet app (on mobile or desktop). Most wallets include this option and provide simple instructions.

How are the key pairs generated?
Key pairs are securely generated using industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS. We use TAILS, a secure, live Linux operating system with no internet connection. Once the key pair is printed, all keys are permanently deleted. You also have the option to send us your own encrypted private key or seed. As a general rule: do not trust, encrypt. Are CryptoCards the same size as a regular credit card?
Yes, CryptoCards follow the CR80 standard, which is the same size as most credit cards. They fit easily in any wallet.

Do you accept cryptocurrencies as payment?
Yes. We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH).

What currency will my order be charged in?
Prices can be displayed in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, or CAD. All orders are processed based on the current USD value at checkout.



SHIPPING
Where do you ship? We ship internationally to most countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Delivery takes between 1 to 7 business days. In some cases, items may ship separately for faster delivery at no extra cost to you.



SUPPORT

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not entered processing or shipping, yes. Contact us immediately after placing the order to request a cancellation.

Can I return a product for a refund?
We only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective. Since all orders are custom-manufactured, general returns are not possible. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will find a solution.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
If you contact us before the order enters processing, we may be able to make changes. Once processing or shipping has begun, exchanges are not possible.
